Mark Garrett
Mark is one of the elders and is married to Melanie. He has three daughters and spends a lot of time travelling on business with Ricardo, a worldwide automotive engineering consultancy, based at Shoreham-by-Sea. Mark has been a Christian for 26 years and has belonged to many different churches in this time before becoming part of the planting group for this church; he has a passion to see the church in Henfield serving the local community. |

Steve McKie
Steve is married to Jacque and they have two sons. He is a semi-retired Air Traffic Controller and became an elder of the church in 2007. He loves to see people grow in God and to see the church active in the local community. He has a keen interest in football, photography and DIY, and walking the dog on the beach. |

Ian McGregor
Ian is one of the elders, married to Nicki, with three teenage children. Ian firmly believes that the local church has the ability to impact the community with the love of Jesus. Ian works as a product manager for a global software business and enjoys the diversity of international travel. You will often find Ian engrossed with one of his myriad of electronic gadgets. |
